We check frequently for new orders to ensure that your order is shipped promptly. Items are shipped in sealed containers to ensure that the scarf or clothing is not damaged during shipment. We make every effort to ensure that the shipments are done on a timely basis, usually within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the order, excluding weekends and holidays.
All items shipped are inspected to ensure that they are NOT damaged prior to shipping. If you would like us to ensure your shipment for insurance replacement, please let us know. We'll be glad to do so for a minimal cost.
All items must be returned in like NEW condition. Because items would be available for re-sale again, we can not accept slightly damaged items as a reason for return. Additionally, all items must be returned within one month (30 days or less) of purchase. This ensures that all problems are quickly resolved. If you can meet these conditions, we will gladly accept the return. If the item was a gift, we will ask for a proof-of-purchase date. We can also work with name of the person giving the gift to determine the purchase date.
We ask however that you complete our short survey to let us know why the item is being returned. We want to be sure and serve our customers in the best possible way and this feedback information helps!
Once we have received the item back, and have inspected it for it's like NEW condition, we will gladly refund your money. Sorry, but shipping costs and other bank charges not be refunded. If you have included your email address, we will send you an email on the status of your return.
